Septic Problems?
Replace or Rejuvenate?
Your
septic system no longer works properly. Smelly water seeps up onto the
lawn above your leach field when you have company, or do the weekly
wash. Your soil is slow to drain. Sewage might even be backing up in
your house. The leach field for your septic tank is exhausted, and
badly needs to be replaced or rejuvenated.
Up
until now, the only thing to do is call a contractor and invest in the
expensive process of entirely replacing your leach field. This is time
consuming, requires extensive excavation, and leaves your lawn and
landscaping at a point of starting over.
The Alternative Solution
Midwest
Aeration can provide a solution that is fast, effective, and relatively
inexpensive. In a few hours, years of life can be added to your septic
system, without disturbing your lawn. And we guarantee our work!
Here's how it works
Our
patented, light-weight equipment can be driven directly to your leach
field. The process uses a long, narrow probe and a pneumatic hammer to
penetrate soil to depths of three to six feet. It then forces air into
the soil at a controllable rate using a special high-pressure
compressor creating a network of fissures and cracks which breaks up
the biomat that has formed on the walls of the trenches, and loosens
compacted soil in the leach field.
As this
probe penetrates the soil, a second system injects both air and
polystyrene pellets into the fissures that have been opened by the
compressed air. This maintains the passages for the percolation of
liquids away from the trenches.
This operation is repeated every four to six feet, depending on soil conditions, around each of the leach field trenches.
Within
half a day, the process is completed, without damage to your lawn. Slow
drainage problems are corrected immediately. Standing water and slow
drainage will immediately disappear and should be completely corrected
within 2-3 days as the ground dries out.
